Returns Policy

We want you to love your Slicery product. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy.

How to return:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To start a return, email us at harley.hamiltondev@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Conditions:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Faulty items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Your rights:
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
